OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 26, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 37 of

Chapter 367 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Parks Act, is pleased, effective on and after May 27, 2005, to amend the Provincial Parks Regulations, N.S. Reg. 69/89, made by Order in Council 89-579 dated May 16, 1989, by striking out "$12.00 per person, per day" in clause 16A(3)(

c) and substituting "$50.00 per night for up to 4 people, and an additional $10.00 per person per night for up to 4 additional people".
