Order in Council 1791/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Dominique Côté Kennedy, Barrister and Solicitor of Waterloo, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective December 31, 2020.
