The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated

February 28, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 17 of the Acts of 1998, the Mi’kmaq

Education Act , is pleased to make an order adding the Paq’tnkek First Nation to the

schedule of

the Mi’kmaq Education Act , effective on and after April 1, 2012.
