Statute: Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act dated February 23, 2012, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Graham Read of Halifax as a member and Vice-chair of the Halifax- Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of two years, commencing May 1, 2012; (

b) order that Graham Read be remunerated for his service in the amount of $12,000 annually, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling his duties as Vice-chair; (

c) appoint Doug Skinner of Dartmouth as a member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of three years, commencing May 1, 2012; and (

d) order that Doug Skinner be remunerated for his service in the amount of $3,600 annually, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling his duties as member.
