OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 15, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

i) assign all affairs and matters associated with the support of the Nova Scotia Integrated Mobile Radio Service (including assignment of associated personnel by the end of the calendar year and budget) from the Department of Natural Resources to the Department of Transportation and Public Works; and (ii) direct that such affairs and matters for administrative purposes be attached to the Department of Transportation and Public Works.
