Order in Council 1199/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michèle Maheux was reappointed a member of the Board of Governors of Ryerson University for a term of three years, effective December 3, 2014, by Order in Council O.C. 1425/2014;

And

whereas Michèle Maheux resigned effective June 23, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of the Ryerson University Act, 1977 , Order in Council O.C. 1425/2014 be revoked effective June 23, 2016.
