Order in Council 625/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas , pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act, Dan Herman of Toronto was appointed as the Special Advisor on the Establishment of a Centralized Resource Entity on Intellectual Property, by Order in Council O.C. 778/2021 (the “Order”);

And

whereas it is considered desirable to amend the Order;

Therefore , the Order is amended by deleting the words “April 1, 2022” and replacing them with “May 31, 2022”.
