An Act to amend The Public Works Act [Assented to March 29, 1957] Rev. Stat. c.30,

section amended Subsection (1) of

section of The Public Works Act is amended by striking out all the words after the word “works” in the fifth line and substituting the following: “and for such maintenance equipment as may be requisite in that connection and to pay for such supplies, services and automotive equipment as may be requisite in connection with the operation by the department of machine shops and repair depots”. 1957, c.10, s.1.
