An Act to Amend the Marital Property Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 Paragraph 3(1)(

a) of the Marital Property Act, chap- ter M-1.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is re- pealed and the following is substituted: (

a) a judgment granting a divorce is rendered, PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la
