Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated April 10, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the release of the easement, identified as U.E. MC-1, containing an area of 3,328.9 square feet (0.076 acres), located at or near Summer Street, Halifax, Halifax County, more particularly described in

Schedule “A” and shown on

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Public Works to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
