Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 2 to 4 of
Chapter 27 of the Acts of 2016,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 401 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Residential Tenancies Act , do come into force on and not before July 31, 2018.
