OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 16, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 26 and 27A of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1991, the Members and Public Employees Disclosure Act, and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, and all authority in him vested, is pleased to order that the remuneration for retired judge D. Merlin Nunn, the designated person under the Members and Public Employees Disclosure Act, be set at a rate of $36,000.00 per annum, effective April 1, 2007.
