OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated March 16, 2006, pursuant to subsection 23(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to determine that the claims or debts hereinafter set forth are not collectable and to write-off any losses incurred in that determination, effective March 31, 2006, and is further pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to charge such losses to the appropriate reserve account. If an amount was not previously reserved, charge it to the appropriation for the service in respect of which the losses were incurred or to the Consolidated Fund.
