Order in Council 316/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended,

Patricia Mandy of Dundas

be reappointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed one year, effective from April 1, 2023.
