Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, the Municipal Government Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that

Chapter 40 of the Acts of 2006,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, the Municipal Government Act, do come into force on and not before January 9, 2007, with

Section 5 effective on and after April 1, 2006.
