OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated July 29, 2014, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act , is pleased to reappoint R. Gerard MacKinnon of Coxheath, Cape Breton, as member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years, commencing November 1, 2014.
