B.C. Reg. 246/2008 , deposited September 9, 2008, pursuant to the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND PROTECTION OF PRIVACY ACT [Section 12]. Order in Council 667/2008, approved and ordered September 8, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 1 (

a) and (

g) of the Committees of the Executive Regulation, B.C. Reg. 229/2005, are repealed and the following substituted:

(

a) Agenda and Priorities Committee;

(

g) Cabinet Committee on Climate Action; .
