OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated June 21, 2000, pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of the Nova Scotia Gaming Foundation Regulations made pursuant to

Section 2 of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, and

Section 127 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following persons as directors of the Board of the Directors of the Nova Scotia Gaming Foundation, each for a further term to expire August 31, 2000: Brian Wilbur, Department of Health; Mike Townsend, Department of Community Services; Clyde Horner, Department of Business and Consumer Services; Bob LeBlanc, Department of Education; Paul Smith, Department of Justice; and (

b) appoint Brian Wilbur as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Gaming Foundation.
