Order in Council 445/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Ontario Geographic Names Board Act ,

Jack McFadden of Port McNicoll

be reappointed as a member of the Ontario Geographic Names Board effective the later of the date this Order in Council is approved and February 24, 2018, and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
