OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated July 12, 2001, pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (

a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of the public highway system containing 10,333 square feet, more or less, situate at or near North Grand Pré, Kings County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the land to Land of Evangeline - Family Camping Resort of Wolfville, Kings County, for the price of $1,500.00, subject to an easement in favour of the Department of Natural Resources for the purposes of ingress and egress for Her heirs, successors and assigns, agents, servants, workmen, guests, invitees and licensees for persons and vehicles to pass and repass for all lawful purposes at any time across the lands more particularly described in

Schedule "A"; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
