OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 29, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 84 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act ,

Section 10 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , and all authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective February 1, 2015: (

a) appoint Tracey Barbrick as Associate Deputy Minister of Health and Wellness; (

b) designate Tracey Barbrick as a deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act ; (

c) fix and determine the salary of Tracey Barbrick to be at such rate as may be determined by the Deputy Minister of the Office of the Premier in accordance with the Senior Officials Pay Plan as it applies to Associate Deputy Ministers; and (

d) direct that Tracey Barbrick shall receive all customary benefits associated with the position of deputy head including participation in the Province of Nova Scotia Long Term Disability Plan and such other benefits as may be determined by the Deputy Minister to the Office of the Premier.
