OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 28, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 8, 13(1)(

a) and (

c) of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with IWK pediatric dentists, the IWK Health Centre, Dalhousie University, and the Nova Scotia Dental Association to amend an Academic Funding Plan (AFP) agreement between them, dated 17 November 2010, in order to extend the AFP agreement until:

a) the parties have agreed to a new AFP agreement; or

b) the Agreement is terminated by any party in accordance with its terms.
