Order in Council 540/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Orlando Moreno of Brampton, appointed by O.C. 1800/2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Chiropodists of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective March 3, 2023;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Chiropody Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1800/2022 be revoked.
