Order in Council 1378/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Donald Kevin Davis was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective July 4, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 910/2024;

And

whereas Donald Kevin Davis tendered his resignation effective July 25, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 910/2024 be revoked effective July 25, 2024.
