OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated November 30, 2004, and pursuant to subsection 35(3) of
Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Finance to pay to Rhett Winthrop-St.Gery the sum of $8,472.41 held by the Minister of Finance pursuant to subsection 28(2) of the Public Trustee Act, being his share of the estate of the late Richard Winthrop-St.Gery, together with interest at the rate of prime less 3.5% from April 20, 1990, to the date of payment, less an administrative charge of 5% on accrued interest.
