OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated January 24, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 339 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Peggy’s Cove Commission Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby: (
a) revokes the appointment of Peter Richardson formerly of Halifax Regional Municipality (Peggy’s Cove) as Chairman and Member of the Peggy’s Cove Commission, made by Order in Council 2020-202 dated July 30, 2020, effective May 10, 2022; and (
b) revokes the appointment of Janice Steeles of Halifax Regional Municipality (Glen Margaret) as a Member of the Peggy’s Cove Commission, made by Order in Council 2020-202 dated July 30, 2020, effective May 10, 2022.
