OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 14, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Eric Slone of Halifax as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a further term of office commencing March 11, 2008 and ending March 1, 2012; and (
b) determine the remuneration for Eric Slone to be at the rate determined by Order in Council 2007-171 dated March 27, 2007 as amended from time to time by Governor in Council.
