Order in Council 671/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 110(2) and (3) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 , Order in Council O.C. 1692/2017 dated August 17, 2017, reappointing Matthew Wilson as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board and designating him as alternate chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board, be revoked effective March 15, 2021.
