OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated November 23, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 15 of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2000, the Farm Practices Act , is pleased to repeal the Sonic Devices Regulations , N.S. Reg. 169/2012, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2012-279 dated August 31, 2012, effective on and after February 6, 2019.
