An Act Respecting Acadia University

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated October 12, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 134 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1891 (as amended),

An Act Respecting Acadia University, is pleased to: (

a) re-appoint Ronald E. Smith, Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Board of Governors of Acadia University for a term of 6 years commencing February 1, 2013; (

b) appoint Michael Trask, Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Board of Governors of Acadia University for a term of 6 years commencing February 1, 2013; and (

c) appoint Sandra Greer, Halifax Regional Municipality (Hammonds Plains), as a member of the Board of Governors of Acadia University for a term of 6 years commencing February 1, 2013.
