An Act to Amend the Crown Lands and Forests Act Loi modifiant la

Loi sur les terres et forêts de la Couronne Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Paragraph 38(2)(

b) of the Crown Lands and Forests Act,

chapter C-38.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is repealed and the following is substituted: 1 L’alinéa 38(2)

b) de la

Loi sur les terres et forêts de la Couronne,

chapitre C- 38.1 des Lois du Nouveau- Brunswick de 1980, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : (

b) shall compensate the licensee for other expenses of forest management in accordance with the regula- tions.

b) doit indemniser le titulaire d’un permis pour les autres dépenses d’aménagement forestier conformé- ment aux règlements. 2 Subsection 59(2) of the Act is repealed and the fol- lowing is substituted: 2 Le paragraphe 59(2) de la Loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 59(2) The royalty shall be reviewed annually. 59(2) La redevance doit être revue tous les ans. 1
