OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated August 11, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective September 13, 2022, to authorize the Minister of Public Works entering into a net debt obligation not to exceed $740,000, such sum being in addition to an amount approved pursuant to Order in Council 2022-10 dated January 18, 2022, for the additional capital costs associated with the modernization of the Legislative TV Control Room in Province House.
