CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Veterinary Services Act (Assented to April 21, 1972) Rev. Stat. c.217,

section amended Subsection (1) of

section of The Veterinary Services Act, as amended by

chapter of the Statutes of Saskatchewan, 1970 , is further amended by striking out the sign and number “ $8,000” in the last line thereof and substituting therefor the sign and number “$30,000”. 1972, c.145, s.1. Coming into force 2(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force on the first day of April, 1972.

(2) If this Act receives assent after the first day of April, 1972, this Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and shall be deemed to have been in force on and from the first day of April, 1972. 1972, c.145, s.2.
