Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated October 23, 2001, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) convey an easement over certain land containing 0.0062 hectare or 0.0153 acre, more or less, situate in the District of Goffs, Halifax County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey an easement to Maritimes and Northeast Pipelines Limited Partnership, through its General Partner, Maritimes and Northeast Pipeline Management Limited, for the price of $61.20; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to convey the easement in the form attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation as

Schedule "C".
