OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act , the Trust and Loan Companies Act , and the Insurance Act dated June 19, 2019, and pursuant to

Section 256 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act ,

Section 13 of

Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1991, the Trust and Loan Companies Act , and

Section 4 of

Chapter 231 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act , is pleased, effective July 30, 2019 to: (

a) revoke the appointment of William Ngu as Superintendent of Credit Unions, Trust and Loan Companies and Insurance made by Order in Council 2018-12; and (

b) appoint Paula Boyd as Superintendent of Credit Unions, Trust and Loan Companies and Insurance.
