OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated August 13, 2010, and and pursuant to
Section 72 of
Chapter 13 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Personal Property Security Act, is pleased to amend the Personal Property Security Act General Regulations, N.S. Reg. 129/97, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 97-621 dated October 1, 1997, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after September 8, 2010.
