OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Minister of Public Works dated February 13, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective May 17, 2023, to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Minister of Public Works, as applicable, entering into a net debt obligation for capital expenses associated with school construction projects for fiscal years 2023-2024 to 2029-2030.
