OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated April 24, 2018, and pursuant to Sections 151, 152 and 153 of

Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Workers’ Compensation Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Janet Hazelton of Truro, Colchester County, as a worker representative member of the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia for a term of 2 years commencing June 5, 2018; (

b) reappoint Angus Bonnyman of Tatamagouche, Colchester County, as an employer representative member of the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia for a term of 4 years commencing June 5, 2018; (

c) reappoint Luc Erjavec of Halifax Regional Municipality, as an employer representative member of the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia for a term of 4 years commencing June 5, 2018; (

d) order that Janet Hazelton, Angus Bonnyman and Luc Erjavec be remunerated for their service as members of the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia in the amount of $300 per day, and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling their duties as members, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service; and (

e) order that Janet Hazelton, Angus Bonnyman and Luc Erjavec each receive an annual honorarium of $2000 for chairing board committees, to be paid on a pro rata basis.
