Order in Council 1507/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Protect Ontario Through Safer Streets and Stronger Communities Act, 2025

January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Protect Ontario Through Safer Streets and Stronger Communities Act, 2025 , c. 6, which amends the Highway Traffic Act , comes into force:
