Order in Council 893/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 581/2015, dated the 6th day of May 2015, Edward Charles McLeod was reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Brighton Police Services Board for a period ending December 31, 2016;

And

whereas Edward Charles McLeod has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Brighton Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Edward Charles McLeod is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Municipality of Brighton Police Services Board for a term of one year, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
