, I designate the area generally known as the Cooks Cove Pond Water Supply Area

for the Town of

Old Perlican

as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Trinity - Bay de Verde abutted and bounded as follows:

By a line drawn from military grid reference NAD 27, Zone 22, 354,000 metres east, 5,331,000 metres north, 95

00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 117

for a distance of 400 metres;
