Order in Council 670/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Noreen Blake of Chatham, reappointed by O.C. 381/2022 as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Chatham-Kent Health Unit, has resigned from her appointment effective February 28, 2023;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act, Order in Council numbered O.C. 381/2022 be revoked.
