CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Constituency Boundaries Commission Act (Assented to June 17, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Constituency Boundaries Commission Amendment Act, 1980. Rev. Stat. c. C-28,

section amended Subsection 21(2) of The Constituency Boundaries Commission Act is repealed and the following substituted: “

(2) The commission shall immediately submit its final report to the Speaker and file a copy of the report, certified by the chairman, with the Clerk of the Executive Council. “

(3) The Speaker shall lay before the Legislative Assembly each report submitted to him in accordance with subsection (2): (

a) if the Assembly is then in session, within 15 days of the day on which he receives the report; or (
