OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 27, 2014, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land and a right of way at Aylesford Lake, Kings County, Nova Scotia, identified in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale as a portion of PID 55338131, a portion of PID 55338081 and a right of way as shown outlined in bold and bold dashed lines on the map marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Atlantic Star Forestry Ltd., its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $850,000.00 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Atlantic Star Forestry Ltd., its respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
