OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, dated March 19, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve, effective April 7, 2020, a borrowing plan for the fiscal year 2020-2021, comprising the borrowing of money by the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days to a maximum aggregate amount of $1,750,000,000.
