Order in Council 2352/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002, and subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 34/03 made under the Act,

whereas Jeremy Hobbs of Elizabethtown, who was appointed by O.C. 1380/2016 as a member of the Board of Governors of The St. Lawrence College of Applied Arts and Technology, has submitted a notice of resignation from such position;

now therefore Order in Council 1380/2016 is revoked effective August 31, 2017.
