CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Health Services Act [Assented to March 29, 1973.] Rev. Stat. c. 252 The Health Services Act is amended in the manner hereinafter set forth.

Section amended Clause (

b) of

section is repealed and the following substituted therefor: “(

b) make payment of such per diem allowances, travelling expenses and other remuneration as he deems advisable to the members of committees, consultants and technical personnel appointed under clause (a)”.

Section amended
