Statute: Homes for Special Care Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated October 24, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 203 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Homes for Special Care Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 1999-33 dated February 3, 1999, as amended by Order in Council 2001-36 dated January 25, 2001, respecting appointments to the Halifax County Regional Rehabilitation Centre Board of Management, by deleting from the third line of paragraph (

a) thereof and from the third and fourth lines of paragraph (

b) thereof "October 31, 2001" and substituting therefor in each case "March 31, 2002"; and (

b) amend Order in Council 1999-157 dated April 7, 1999, as amended by Order in Council 2001-36 dated January 25, 2001, respecting an appointment to the Halifax County Regional Rehabilitation Centre Board of Management, by deleting from the sixth and seventh lines thereof "October 31, 2001" and substituting therefor "March 31, 2002."
