OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 26, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act, is pleased, effective February 1, 2011, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2009-332 dated July 28, 2009; and (

b) whenever any one of the members of the Executive Council listed in Column I of

Schedule "A", attached, is absent from the Province or is unable for any reason to perform the duties of his/her office to: \x09(i)\x09appoint the first-named member of the Executive Council shown opposite the respective Minister's name in Column II of

Schedule "A" as Acting Minister in the Minister's stead; and \x09(ii)\x09in the event that the first-named member of the Executive Council listed in Column II is unavailable to act, to appoint the second-named member of the Executive Council shown opposite the respective Minister's name in Column II of

Schedule "A" as Acting Minister in the Minister's stead.
