OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated August 24, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act is pleased, effective April 1, 2011 to: (

a) revoke approval of the Excluded Classification Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2011-60 dated February 22, 2011; (

b) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

c) revoke approval of the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2011-60 dated February 22, 2011; and (

d) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
